Our office wants all of our patients to be able to afford dental care. We proudly offer the following financial policy so that our patients can have the opportunity to decide which payment option best suits your needs.

Insurance
Our office understands the value of insurance benefits to our patients and will gladly work with you to help get the maximum benefit available to you. Most plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. Because of this, you will be asked to pay your deductible and your portion of your charges the day the services are rendered. We will estimate as closely as possible your coverage, but until we receive the payment from the insurance company, it is just an estimate. We will assist you in dealing with the insurance company, but the ultimate responsibility lies with you. Our estimates are subject to the final approval by your insurance company and could therefore change the amount due to our offices.

Payment Options

1. Cash, Checks and Money Orders
2. Credit Cards. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
3. Outside Dental Financing. Our office offers CareCredit and Citi Health Cards. Upon qualifying, you will be extended a line of credit for treatment costs by an outside financing company. This financing is available for those patients that need to extend their payments over a period of time from 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Your payments will be made directly to the financing company. The qualification process is simple and can usually be completed within 15 minutes.
4. Payments in Advance: Some patients prefer to make the payments in advance by making bi-monthly or monthly payments until the desired credit is reached to cover the fee of the service.

We would be happy to work with you to plan out the most appropriate arrangements for your budget. Financing your treatment allows you to start your dental care immediately and spread the payments over a time period. Most importantly, it offers you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of your dental health without the financial strain.

Our office schedules appointments to be as convenient for you as we can as well as providing the time to meet your dental needs as successfully as possible. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
